I have been extremely disappointed by a failure to deliver a chair ordered in July and an almost complete lack of communication to provide any update. I am concerned that the website continues to operate if the business is unable to deliver orders made in July. Even if there is good reason for delayed production, there should be regular communication, and this has been absent.
This is a recurring concern with this company we have been waiting since November 2020 for our chair, no communication but yes they do have our hard earned cash
Sadly I've fallen foul too, I ordered my chair on 4/4/2021 and apart from the automatic email confirming receipt of my payment of £179 nothing. I have left voice messages and sent messages via their contact page but no communication.
